About The Sounding Room: The Sounding Room is a project initiated by Sa Sa Art Projects and Incidental that engages the residents at The White Building and the public in an experimental, interactive sound installation.

The Sounding Room transforms Sa Sa Art Projects space into an interactive sound installation. This space is co-designed and co-created with a range of local participants, and will result in a flexible space that will host a variety of events. These will include improvised performances and special events, where audiences will enter the space and be invited to participate in spontaneous, collaborative pieces. These events will be accompanied by a series of open discussions, skill training, workshops and talks on a variety of issues over a period of three weeks. During this time the Sounding Room will operate as an open public space, with local residences and the public encouraged to initiate and host their own events.

The Sounding Room is supported by Arts Network Asia (ANA) and the British Embassy.
